Why inclusivity makes business sense (and how to achieve it)

Dr. Sue Shapcott’s coaching business, Change Golf Instruction, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is going from strength to strength with its inclusivity-first approach.

In the space of five years, it has quadrupled the number of new golfers they have introduced to the game and increased its average spend per customer by $27.

And their approach is proving popular with women in particular. Globally, women still only account for 20% of golfers, but 49% of Change Golf Instruction’s customers are female.
